Dr. Amy Henson

Dr Amy lives in London KY with her husband Wes McFadden on a farm. The main emphasis of the farm is raising and showing Tennessee Walking Horses.

When Amy was 16 she took a job waiting tables in a local restaurant and continued to work there through high school and college. While there she waited on Dr Jim Huffman many times. Then one day she mentioned to him that she would no longer be his waitress, because she was leaving for optometry school. He immediately said to let him know when she graduated that he might have a job for her. Well, she did and they have had a successful working relationship ever since.
